American soul singer Angie Stone has been arrested for beating up her daughter and breaking off her front teeth.
Angie, 53 told the police that her daughter Diamond, 33 punched her in the face and she defended herself with a metal stand, but accidentally hit Diamond in the face, knocking out her front teeth.

Angie told police once she realized the mistake she put down the stand and tried to flee but claims Diamond came after her again. A family friend eventually broke up the fight.
Diamond told the police that she and her mum started arguing after the latter told her to clean up and get her children under control.
Angie has now been arrested by the DeKalb County police.
Angie is a soul/neo soul singer-songwriter, record producer, and actress who has been nominated for three Grammy Awards.
